Also known as Native Coleus, Mountain Plectranthus and Sticky Cockspur, Bush Basil was traditionally used as a medicinal and ceremonial herb. Early European settlers called it the Five Spice Plant for its complex aroma, reminiscent of Basil, Mint and Sage. A highlty aromatic herb best used cooked or dried. Bush Basil produces broad, fuzzy leaves with slender clusters of tint maive flowers throughout the year.
