Shipping policy

Avalon Nursery is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Avalon Nursery currently offers Click and Collect and Local Delivery. For our local delivery ranges, please view our Delivery Page. Please note that as a small business, we cannot guarantee a date or time of delivery; as this is dependant on having the staff and vehicles available to do so. We endeavour to get orders delivered in a timely manner, and will contact the recipient before delivery.

We do NOT accept international orders through our website.

We only send specific products, (as outlined in the individual product descriptions) via post. If an order contains a combination of eligible and ineligible products, only eligible products as outlined above will be sent by post. All other products are subject to Click and Collect and Local Delivery, as outlined above.
