SEED POTATO PONTIAC 1KG

The best for a great potato mash, Pontiac is also a good salad, baking and roasting potato, though not suitable for frying. Poniac potatoes have a pinky-red skin and white flesh. Before planting, spreat potatoes out in a warm, well lit area for several weeks until shoots are approximately 1cm long. Tubers can be cut to there are one or two eyes, allow pieces to dry before planting.
