PEAR BEURRE BOSC BR

A large, vigorous upright spreading deciduous tree with shiny large leaves and large, sweet aromatic fruit, brown in colour with good flavour and texture. An attractive landscape tree, it is also perfect for espalier work. Buerre Bosc is an excellent dessert and cooking pear, and can be used fresh or dried.

- Sunny position
- Cross pollinators: Nijisseiki, Sensation, William Bon Chretien and Winter Nelis
- Ensure trees are well watered soon after flowering, in early summer and before harvest
