NEW SEASON CITRUS RED FINGER LIME

An Australian native, the distinctive fruit of the Finger Lime ripens in Winter through to Spring. The small, elongated fruit of the Finger Lime grows up to 12cm long, and the flesh resembles little round red caviar-like balls - fresh-picked fruit can ooze pearls for more than an hour. Use in recipes to add a distinctive lime flavour to dishes.
