LIGUSTRUM VULGARE 140MM

Also known as the Common or European Privet, Ligustrum Vulgare is a sturdy evergreen tree or shrub with robust, bushy habit. The glossy, dark green ovate leaves form a dense cover over the multiple branches, complemented by panicles of creamy white flowers that appear over Summer. These are followed by an abundance of berries that mature to dark purple. It is predominantly grown as a hedge or screen, but single plants can make good topiary specimens as well.
