The Ginkgo biloba is a large, slow growing deciduous tree. The common name Maidenhair Tree, refers to the leaves, which resemble those of the maindenhair fern, which are a soft green changing to spectacular clear yellow in Autumn. The Ginkgo is the oldest living species of tree, a beautiful specimen tree for parks large gardens. Plant in full sun and protect from strong winds. Feature and care: - Full sun - Grows 15m H and 10m W - Well drained soil - Fertilsie when planting and again after new growth appears - Prune to shape if necessary.
