CHESTNUT EMERALD GEM BR

A large deciduous shade tree with attractive serrated leaves and long spikes of white flowers in Summer, and bears edible nuts.

Features and care:
- Full sun
- Thrive in deep, moist, free draining, friable soils, also tolerant of average soils
- Protect from hot winds
- Watering over dry periods is advised for young plants
- Can succumb to root rot in wet soils
- Mature trees are quite drought tolerant
- Grows 10 - 25m H x 5 - 12m W
