CHESTNUT APRIL GOLD BR

A large, deciduous shade tree with attractive serrated leaves and long spikes of white flowers in Summer and bears edible nuts.

Features and Care:
- Full Sun
- Tolerant of average soils, but succumb to root rot in wet soils
- Slightly acid soils are favoured and watering over dry periods is advised for young plants
- Mature trees are quite drought tolerant
- Front tolerant
- Grows 10 - 25m H x 5 - 12m W
