A beautiful medium to large green-yellow skinned apple with a sweet flavour and a sprightly tang that keeps well. It is an excellent all-round apple, ideal for fresh fruit, cooking and drying. A very popular cultivar that matures mid-season. Pollinators include: Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Jonathan and Red Fuji
