ACER PALMATUM DISSECTUM CRIMSONWAVE BR

Considered as a cross between a weeping and an upright Maple, its unique waving branch structure gives the visual impression that this upright Japanese Maple form actually weeps. The foliage is burgundy-wine coloured and fine dand lacy, with five deeply dissected lobes - this may fade to green tones when exposed to dry Summers and intense sun. The unusual growth habit provides good lateral growth, offering an ideal small tree for a feature, or in garden beds.

- Full Sun to Part Shade
- Prefers a moist, well drained soil
- Should not be planted in a highly exposed situations where hot, dry winds may stress the tree and dry or burn foliage
- Grows 4m H x 4m W
