CERCIS CANADENSIS AVONDALE ADVANCED BR
Foliage: Heavily textured dark green, heart-shaped (cordate) leaves turn yellow-green to brown
in autumn.

branches before the leaves emerge in spring
Fruit: Can fruit prolifically with seed pods 75-120 mm long turning reddish to brown, and
tending to be held on the tree into winter
Culture: Prefers a moist, deep, well-drained fertile soil. Best flowering in full sun, but avoid
hot, exposed and mindy sites. Overseas reports indicate a susceptibility to canker.
