MALUS ROYAL RAINDROPS CRAB APPLE 250MM

Valued for its finely textured deep purple foliage and tiny showy red crab apples. The foliage emerges with entire leaf margins and develops deeply divided leaves, each with three main lobes. Masses of bright magenta-pink bloom during Spring, the leaves can maintain their rich colour through the heat of Summer, and the Autumn foliage colour is a medley of bronzy-red and orange tones. Tiny red sparkling Crab Apples appear from late Summer through Autumn and provide interest.
